Coaching to Get and Hold a New Job: My promise to you is to give you my utmost thoughtful attention to your need
or desire to change jobs. My career coaching service works closely with you to look to the right job resources and to find
your solutions to securing the right job for you. My vision is to support and guide you in your goal to change jobs quickly
and as easily as possible. My focus is to help you see the right company, the best supervisor, the correct
job-fit, and the best salary, so you can experience the level of happiness you are seeking and have been
talking about to yourself and others for some time now.
2. Career Counseling
to Discover Greater Happiness and Control: My approach is
to accommodate you and explain to you a system that is customized to you and your needs when you explore for your solution
to the right career for yourself. By using a career system that fits you and your unique qualities and
characteristics, you will be able to see that you can be assured of choosing the right career for yourself. In
using the customized career system you will be able to view your appropriate skills, values, interests, temperaments, and
types of behavior styles and personality styles, and know that they would fit into the career position you chose using the
career system.
3. Executive Coaching to Be Seen, to Be heard, and to Be
Confident: My gift to you is to have you
embrace your own system of change with yourself, within yourself, so you can be reliable in reaching your
full potential in your career so as control this process on an ongoing basis. Knowing how to see and experience your own personal
change system enables you to be seen, be heard, and feel confident. Your own personal change system can fit your needs to
a tee. It does so by molding the development of your self - leadership. By so doing, you will be in a position
to tackle any specific behavior, behavioral style or skill which you want to change or augment by knowing how you communicate
within yourself. This gives you permission to enhance your performance and your stature on the job. Additionally,
in building a foundation for your self- leadership, it is especially useful to begin this building process in the first 90
days on a new job with a new supervisor, especially when the new job is in a new company.
In
