My career counselling program and its system is designed to be tailored for each of your individual needs, but the end results are always the same.

• You are clear on your career goals.
• You have a job and/or career plan.
• You develop the tools to overcome obstacles.
• You learn to be motivated to make a change.

You will discover the answers you are seeking in order to feel grateful, hopeful, and optimistic as you take the next step to being successful and finding happiness in your new job, your new career, and/or yourself.

My career counseling programs, with their systems and custom approaches, can combine traditional career counseling tests, or life expereeince assessment exercises and tools, or in depth conversations about important topics of your choosing, or some combiination of these approachies, depending on which approach(es) you choose. You will be guided in your choice, if you perfer. The career counseling approach is to be flexible and adaptive to you. 

The career program you choose depends on your comfort level and the level of insight you wish to gain with each approach and/or any combination of these approaches. It also depends on how much curiosity and interest you have and the goals you choose for your career counseling. 

Consequently, you can be creative and design your own custom career counseling approach, or you use the more traditional approach wihich includes career counseling tests and discurssions about the results of these tests.

Whatever is chosen, you will be provided with wise and resourceful coaching, support, education and guidance throughout the entire careerr counseling program and its processes.You You can become more hopeful and insightful by gaining self awareness, confidence, control, and the ability to self lead, ultimately ensuring long term success in your new job, career, and yourself.
